Step by step, and if something goes wrong

Steps

  1. Drop one or more HEIC photos (up to 50 at once).
  2. Pick a quality, or keep the default.
  3. Select Convert to JPG, then download each file or all of them as a ZIP.

If something goes wrong

  • iPhones save photos as HEIC, which many Windows apps and websites can’t open. JPG works everywhere.
  • Safari opens HEIC natively. In Chrome, Edge and Firefox a HEIC decoder loads the first time you add one, which takes a moment.
  • HEIC photos (from iPhones) are supported. Outside Safari, a HEIC decoder loads the first time you add one.
  • Very large images (over 50 megapixels) are rejected to keep your browser responsive.
  • Output never contains the original’s hidden metadata (such as GPS location), because the image is redrawn from its pixels.
