Do I need an account?

No. Tools can be used without signing up.

Why does a tool say “Planned”?

The site is being built in stages. A tool marked Planned has not been built and tested yet, so it does not accept files. We would rather show that clearly than offer something that does not work.

Where are my files processed?

Each tool page states whether processing happens in your browser, on our server or with an external service. See the privacy notice.

A file did not convert properly

Check that the file type is listed under “Accepts” on the tool page and that the file opens normally on your device. Password-protected or damaged files may not be supported. Each tool will include its own troubleshooting tips when it opens.
