Steps
- Add invoice PDFs.
- Select Read invoices.
- Download one CSV with a row per invoice.
If something goes wrong
- Fields are read only when they are clearly labelled, such as “Invoice number” or “Total due”.
- The Checks column lists anything missing, and says when subtotal plus VAT does not equal the total.
